The till holds the agent's USDG and vault shares. The operator, the server's key, can only call sweep, unsweep and unsweepShares on it. Only the owner key, which is not on the server, can take money out. The till's source is verified on Blockscout (exact match) and Sourcify; open the till link above and choose the Contract tab. It was deployed in 0x630a…0dae (1,201,184 gas, paid by the owner, not counted in the operator's gas).
USDG is issued by Paxos; the issuer can pause transfers or freeze an address, which would stop the till's moves. The vault's curator can add gates on deposits and withdrawals (all four gates are empty today; changes are timelocked). The owner can exit or move the vault shares out.

Before the engine was allowed to send anything, one USDG went through the till into the vault and back, in three transactions.
4The first sweep
The engine sweeps only when the interest beats the gas. A small till stays put until enough has piled up above the buffer.
